Safe-Word is NOT a replacement for 911, 100, or any official emergency services. It is a supplementary communication tool. In an emergency, always contact local authorities directly if possible.

The app's functionality depends on factors beyond our control, including GPS signal, cellular network availability, and device battery. We do not guarantee that the SOS message will be successfully sent or received.

You are responsible for:

• Testing the app in a safe environment.
• Choosing a unique and clear Safe-Word.
• Any SMS charges incurred by your mobile carrier.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of Safe-Word shall not be held liable for any personal injury, death, or damages resulting from the use, misuse, or technical failure of the application.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
