מדיניות פרטיות זו מסבירה כיצד iGot / iGot iSold (“האפליקציה”, “אנחנו”) אוספת, משתמשת ומשתפת מידע בעת שימוש באפליקציה ובאתר שלנו (“השירות”). שימוש בשירות מהווה הסכמה למדיניות זו.

1) איזה מידע אנו אוספים

(א) מידע חשבון: כתובת אימייל, שם תצוגה, מזהה משתמש (למשל Firebase UID), והעדפות שפה.

(ב) תוכן ונתונים שאתה מוסיף: פרטי פריטים (כותרת, תיאור, קטגוריה, מחיר), תמונות, פרטי מכירה/משלוח/אישור קבלה, הצעות/בידים, דירוגים ותוכן אחר שתעלה.

(ג) תקשורת: הודעות בצ׳אט ופניות שנשלחות דרך טפסי “צור קשר”/“תמיכה”.

(ד) נתונים טכניים: לוגים/שגיאות, חותמות זמן ונתוני שימוש בסיסיים לצורכי תפעול, אבטחה ואיתור תקלות. איננו אוספים במכוון מיקום מדויק — אלא אם תספק מידע כזה במפורש (למשל עיר איסוף).

2) כיצד אנו משתמשים במידע

אנו משתמשים במידע כדי:

• לספק ולהפעיל את השירות (התחברות, ניהול אוסף, פרסום פריטים, מרקטפלייס, צ׳אט, התראות).
• לנהל תהליכי מסחר: הצעות/בידים, סטטוסים, משלוח/אישור קבלה, Dispute ותהליכי בדיקה.
• להפעיל יכולות ניתוח באמצעות AI לפי בחירת המשתמש.
• לשפר אבטחה, למנוע הונאות, ולבצע אכיפה של מדיניות השירות.
• לספק תמיכה ולענות לפניות.

3) מניעת הונאות, אימות זהות וסחר ברכוש גנוב

כדי להגן על הקהילה ולצמצם הונאות וסחר ברכוש גנוב, אנו מבקשים מידע נוסף במצבים מסוימים:

• מה אנו אוספים: שם מלא, מספר טלפון וכתובת משלוח; ולמוכרים — צילום תעודה מזהה וסלפי.
• למה: מניעת הונאות ורכוש גנוב, הגנה על הקהילה, תיאום משלוחים ועמידה בדרישות חוק.
• כיצד מוגן: גישה מוגבלת, אחסון מאובטח, ואיסוף מינימלי בלבד.
• שמירה: תמונות אימות נשמרות כל עוד החשבון פעיל ועד 90 יום לאחר סגירתו, או עד השלמת האימות ותקופה קצרה לאחר מכן, אלא אם קיימת חובה חוקית אחרת. לאחר מכן הן נמחקות.
• שיתוף: רק עם ספקי תשתית/אחסון/דוא״ל ולפי דרישות חוק. איננו מוכרים מידע אישי.

4) ניתוח AI ותוצאותיו

אם תבחר להשתמש בניתוח AI, תמונות ותיאורי הפריטים שלך יישלחו ישירות לשירות Google Gemini AI של Google לצורך זיהוי ותמחור. הנתונים נשלחים ישירות ל-Google ואינם נשמרים אצלנו לאחר הניתוח. מדיניות הפרטיות של Google חלה על עיבוד נתונים אלו. תוצאות AI עשויות להיות שגויות או לא מלאות. אין להסתמך עליהן כתחליף לייעוץ מקצועי/משפטי/פיננסי.

5) עם מי אנו משתפים מידע

אנו משתפים מידע רק במידה הדרושה להפעלת השירות:

• ספקי תשתית ואחסון (שירותי ענן/מסד נתונים) לצורך אחסון ואבטחה.
• ספקי אירוח (האתר וטפסי יצירת קשר) לצורך תפעול דפי האתר וקבלת פניות.
• תקשורת תפעולית: ייתכן ונשלח הודעות שירות (למשל בנושא פניות תמיכה).
• Google Gemini AI — כאשר תבחר להשתמש בפונקציית ניתוח ה-AI, תמונות ותיאורי הפריטים שלך יישלחו ישירות ל-Google לצורך ניתוח. הנתונים אינם נשמרים לאחר הניתוח. ראה מדיניות הפרטיות של Google: policies.google.com/privacy.

6) שמירת מידע

נשמור מידע כל עוד הוא נחוץ להפעלת השירות, עמידה בדרישות חוק, פתרון מחלוקות ואכיפת תנאים. ייתכן שחלק מהמידע יישמר לתקופה נוספת בהתאם לחובות משפטיות או לצורך אבטחה ומניעת הונאות.

7) בקשת מחיקת חשבון

ניתן לבקש מחיקת חשבון מתוך האפליקציה. נטפל בבקשות מחיקה תוך עד 7 ימים, בכפוף לצרכים תפעוליים וחוקיים (למשל מחלוקות פתוחות או דרישות חוק). לאחר מחיקה, ייתכן שחלק מהרישומים יישמרו אם הדבר נדרש לפי דין או לצורך מניעת הונאות.

8) אבטחה

אנו נוקטים אמצעי אבטחה סבירים. עם זאת, אין מערכת מאובטחת לחלוטין.

9) ילדים

השירות אינו מיועד לילדים מתחת לגיל 13 (או גיל מינימלי רלוונטי במדינתך). איננו אוספים במודע מידע אישי מילדים.

This Privacy Policy explains how iGot / iGot iSold (“we”, “us”, “the App”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our app and website (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to this policy.

1) Information we collect

(a) Account information: email address, display name, user ID (e.g., Firebase UID), and language preferences.

(b) User content and data: item details (title, description, category, price), images, sale/shipping/receipt status, bids/offers, ratings, and other content you upload.

(c) Communications: chat messages and contact/support form submissions.

(d) Technical data: basic logs/error reports and timestamps for operations, security, and debugging. We do not intentionally collect precise location unless you provide it (e.g., pickup city).

2) How we use information

We use information to:

• Provide and operate the Service (authentication, collection management, listings, marketplace, chat, notifications).
• Manage marketplace workflows: bids/offers, status changes, shipping/receipt confirmations, dispute and review processes.
• Provide AI-based analysis features when you choose to use them.
• Improve security, prevent fraud, and enforce our policies.
• Provide support and respond to requests.

3) Fraud prevention, identity verification, and stolen goods

To protect the community and reduce fraud and stolen goods, we request additional information in certain cases:

• What we collect: full name, phone number, and shipping address; for sellers — an ID photo and a selfie.
• Why: prevent fraud and stolen goods, protect the community, facilitate shipping, and comply with legal requirements.
• How it's protected: limited access, secure storage, and data minimization.
• Retention: verification images are kept while the account is active and up to 90 days after closure, or until verification is completed plus a short period afterward, unless legal obligations require longer. Then they are deleted.
• Sharing: only with infrastructure/hosting/email providers and in response to legal requests. We never sell personal data.

4) AI analysis and Google Gemini

If you choose to use AI analysis, your item photos and descriptions are sent directly to Google Gemini AI (a service by Google) for identification and valuation. Data is sent directly to Google and is not retained by us after analysis. Google's Privacy Policy applies to this processing. AI results can be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not rely solely on AI output for legal, financial, or professional decisions.

5) Sharing and third parties

We share information only as needed to operate the Service:

• Infrastructure and storage providers (cloud/database services) for hosting and security.
• Hosting providers (website/contact forms) to operate site pages and receive submissions.
• Operational communications: we may send service-related emails (e.g., support requests).
• Google Gemini AI — when you choose to use the AI analysis feature, your item photos and descriptions are sent directly to Google for analysis. This data is not retained after analysis. See Google's Privacy Policy: policies.google.com/privacy.

We do not sell personal information.

6) Data retention

We retain data as needed to operate the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our terms. Some data may be retained longer where required by law or for fraud prevention.

7) Account deletion requests

You can request account deletion within the app. We will process deletion requests within up to 7 days, subject to legal and operational requirements (e.g., open disputes or legal obligations). Some records may be retained if required by law or for fraud prevention.

8) Security

We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9) Children

The Service is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
